I am an Electrical and Chemical Engineer with over 20 years at ISOMAT — a journey that started on the workshop floor as a Maintenance Engineer and led me, step by step, to the role of Technical and Safety Director of the Group. Along the way I've been part of a real transformation: building a stronger safety culture, modernizing our technical operations, and helping shape the company into something quite different from what it was when I first walked in.
