Valia Vogiatzaki

Valia Vogiatzaki is a Lean Coordinator at Dunapack Packaging Hellas, part of the Prinzhorn Group, with more than ten years of experience in industrial production, continuous improvement, and organizational transformation. She holds a degree in Chemistry from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and an MBA.

Throughout her professional career, she has taken on roles of increasing responsibility in the areas of production, Production Excellence, and project management, gaining a comprehensive understanding of the challenges and opportunities faced by modern industrial organizations.

In her current role, she leads Lean Transformation initiatives, focusing on developing a Lean culture, empowering people, and creating sustainable continuous improvement mechanisms. At the same time, she is involved in the management of strategic investment projects, contributing to aligning business strategy with operational excellence.
