As CEO of ELVIOMEX S.A., I lead our Lean transformation journey in a real industrial environment, working to move from operational chaos to flow, stability, and measurable results—through simple, daily improvements.

My approach is practical and hands-on. I combine structured systems—such as KPIs, visual management, and daily accountability—with a strong focus on leadership mindset and behavior.
