Georgios Sourlantzis

George Sourlantzis is a Manufacturing and Operations leader with more than 14 years of international experience across aerospace and energy sectors. He currently serves as Global Lean Manufacturing Senior Manager at Sunlight Group, where he led the development and deployment of “The Sunlight Way,” the company’s custom Operational Excellence system. George has extensive experience leading large-scale transformation programs, global cost reduction initiatives and supply chain optimization projects.

Prior to Sunlight Group, he held leadership roles within Rolls-Royce Aerospace sector and Viohalco's Operational Excellence department . George holds a Master of Engineering Management from Duke University and a Mechanical Engineering degree from the National Technical University of Athens. He is a Chartered Engineer (CEng), a member of the Association for Project Management (MAPM).
