Angelos Kagkelaris

Angelos is an experienced Operational Excellence Manager at Boehringer Ingelheim, specializing in Lean Management and Continuous Improvement across manufacturing environments. He joined the company in 2022 and has over 10 years of experience in Continuous Improvement roles within FMCG and pharmaceutical industries. He is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt with strong expertise in deploying Lean tools and leading OPEX system transformations. He leads the deployment of OPEX Prime (IWS) at site level and supports global rollout across business units. He holds a Mechanical Engineering degree from the National Technical University of Athens.
