Morphis Tsalikidis

Dr. Morphis Tsalikidis is an internationally experienced Operational Excellence and Business Transformation executive with more than 20 years of practice across Europe, Latin America, the Middle East and Africa. He is the founder of Morphis Excellence Partners, a consulting and training practice that helps organisations build a culture of continuous improvement and deliver sustainable, measurable results.

As a Regional OpEx Director, he has designed and deployed large-scale Lean Management and Lean Six Sigma programmes, led post-acquisition integrations and steered company-wide turnarounds. His engagements have generated over €21m in efficiency gains, a 50% reduction in cycle time, and crucially double-digit increases in employee engagement.

Morphis holds a PhD in Management Science from Lancaster University, where his research examined how Lean Six Sigma shapes organisational learning, alongside two master's degrees from Warwick Business School. He is a FastHoshin coach, a PROSCI-certified Change Management Practitioner and an Advisory Board member of the Operational Excellence Society.

A regular speaker at international Operational Excellence conferences, he is known for connecting rigorous methodology with real-world business cases and for explaining complex ideas in a clear, practical way. He works with leaders from the shop floor to the C-suite to turn strategy into execution and lasting change.
