Angelos Panteloglou is a seasoned Operations and Plant Leader with a proven track record of driving operational excellence and business growth within the food and regulated industries. Currently serving as the Plant Manager at Hellenic Catering S.A., he provides end-to-end site leadership with full P&L accountability for OPEX and CAPEX.
With a core expertise in Lean Manufacturing and KPI-based governance, Angelos has successfully transformed production environments. Most notably, he delivered a 75% increase in production throughput and a 25% reduction in operating costs through the implementation of a Lean operating model and process optimization. His focus on reliability and performance monitoring has further resulted in a 33% reduction in unplanned downtime and a significant 12% increase in Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
