Christie Kounoupa

Christie Kounoupa studied Production Engineering & Management at the Technical University of Crete and subsequently completed her postgraduate studies in the Executive MBA program at the Athens University of Economics and Business.
For most of her career, she has worked in manufacturing, starting in heavy industry—specifically aluminium—as a Production Supervisor. She then worked for 11 years at PepsiCo Hellas at the Snack plant as Production Supervisor, later Production Manager and subsequently as Productivity Project Manager for the Central Europe region.
After PepsiCo, Christie moved for approximately 1.5 years into consulting, specifically at KPMG and the Strategy & Operations team. Since April 2024, she has been a member of Nestlé Hellas as Manufacturing Excellence Manager at the coffee factory in Oinofyta.
